Easter!

Our fun filled weekend
finally reaches Easter Day!

 

 Since we had church at 9:30
we all thought it best to wait until
after church & after nap time.

Of course...
nap time never happened.

Although we tried.

But just look at the anticipation!

Let the games being!
Unleash the prisoners!

First up:
Goodie filled baskets.

 

So precious... loving her baby!

 

Bubbles, toys, & books.



And then... the hunt...



...where we raise a white flag to
"Not too much candy kids!"

Struggling to get a cousin shot.
But it works.

Candy.
Candy.
Candy.

It was really, really FUN!

And so worth it!
Maybeline and I are just now getting over our colds.
I guess I had too much candy too.
But it's hard to say no to
 Chilmark Chocolates.

And on a side note:
This is what a professional photographer does:

I missed the shot of him in the middle of the forest,
crouched down behind an egg,
waiting for Madeline to pick it up
to get the ultimate photo.
