This is what you wear on a perfect go-to-the-zoo day:

...in Colorado.

In California when it hits 60

you use it as a perfect excuse to bust out

the scarf, mittens, thermals, hat, and down jacket.

Oh... & flip-flops.

But this was a perfect zoo trip.

Much better than our last

Georgia aquarium experience.

Thank heavens for that.

I don't know what it was,

but this time the little Miss

was loving it all.

Was it the cold?

um... I'm guessing no.

Was it the company?

that's a for sure no.

Then it must have been Aunt Jamie's fabulous bling.
