It was another successfully fabulous Halloween for the Brown family.
This is one of our favorite holidays.

The festivities started
with pumpkin carving.

Maybeline did not like the inside of the pumpkin.

Brent wasn't too happy what came out of his pumpkin either.
His was a little moldy.
They turned out pretty good!
I did Maybeline's.

Maybeline's needed some flare.
So I added a small heart.
The next day
we went Trick-or-Tricking.
The highlight of the holiday!
I made Maybeline's costume.
She's a cupcake.
The cutest cupcake I've ever seen!
She was happy.
As long as she had her graham crackers in her hand.
And! Big news for Maybeline!
She started walking!
15 months.
She's still very cautious about it.
But she's getting it.
In her own time.

I made a pumpkin pinata, donuts on a string,
and lots of food and candy.
It's a silly holiday.
But a fun one too.
i wish i could have been there in person, it looks so fun, i would give the little cupcake a big kiss! soooo exciting she's walking, she'll be running in about a week!

Oh I love love your blog! It's cozy and oh so LOVELY!!! It's like the perfect magaine to read and enjoy and cozy up to! The pictures are just gorgeous and your words are just enough for a wonderful read. I love the things you do to change it all up too! And I LOVE how sincere and real you are. Aleigh says "so Mom, can you like do this and fill it with pictures and fun stuff about us?" She reads every little detail on your blog and looks at every detail in each and every photo! I said "Um.....sadly...NOPE....mommy is not good at this stuff at all. " I think she was ready to be the star! She even gasped with delight as she saw her photos and said "MOM!!!!! I Made it on her blog!!! LOOK!!!" She loved her photo on the side! She thinks she's famous now! :) Love you Lis!
