Halloween Party!

Well we've always talked about how much fun it would be to host a Halloween party... so we did. And it was a blast! Bobbing for apples, donuts on a string, great music, & yummy food. I think it's going to be a Brown tradition.

The entire Brown family surprised us with a visit! We knew Mike, Julie, Melissa, and Henry were going to join us for the party then Jamie and Laura showed up! We had such a fun weekend together.

Don't be fooled... this in only 10 minutes into the party. I guess setting up with her mama was a little exhausting for the princess.

We decided to do a Star Wars family outfit. Maybeline & I were Princess Leia and Brent was Hon Solo in carbonite. Pretty creative. I found Maybeline's costume at Build A Bear. Yes, it's actually for a bear but it fit her like a glove! I LOVE her costume. Hilarious! Jamie was a rockin' unicorn (I think from the 80's) and Melissa and Henry were skeletons. The best part of her costume was her belly... notice the little skeleton in her tummy? She's 7 months pregnant. So cute and SO creative!

Brent was the last one to bob for apples. After about 30 seconds of suspicion under water he came up and splashed everyone with water. What a trickster.
