Such a funny post.... I love that you just took a picture of the board game... simple and gets the point across: Lisa Winner, Brent Biggest Looser...ha ha ha. I need to post more like this... I would probably have a picture of the board game, plus Glenn's hand moving a piece, plus a picture of me cheering at my victory... on and on.... picture happy to a fault. I love that you guys play games.
Ok, I am CRACKING up!!! Love the slaughter! WE..... have this same game. I have NEVER played it.......nor have I EVER had the desire. My husband on the other hand is CHAMP with his friends and family and takes it VERY seriously. Greyson used to get it out just to play map and war with the pieces. Jeff would get so tense and on edge. He'd count each piece and wrap it tightly in it's box with a fresh rubberband to keep it closed and snug. I finally said "look if you're REALLY serious about it, put it up so nothing happens to it and the kids won't bother your game." So, he did. I didn't realize HOW SERIOUS he was about this game. Then the clencher came........he told me "it's the ONLY thing I ever did with my Dad and the game is what I have left of that memory." Ok, keep the game. I felt horrible I treated it with such a "who cares" attitude. You are a GREAT wife for playing with him!
this post really makes me laugh!! dallin and i are playing games all the time. suffice to say, i rarely win. however, a victory like yours would boost my self esteme. so much for brent being champion... you apparently DOMINATED!! it's either an easy game, or brent's family is horrible as he was always the champ. i declare, this game should be played by all those who claim to be champs at the next family get togther... dallin loves it too. not sure it's my kind of game. nice of you to be a good lil' wifee and play it with him :)
